Three lenses, one day

Daytime, for the working day

Daytime filters 82% of high energy blue light under screens and LED lighting, so long hours at a desk feel easier on your eyes. It does not affect melatonin, so it leaves your body clock alone.

Night, from sunset

A lighter amber tint that filters up to 95% of blue light. You can still read, cook and see your room clearly while your evening starts to slow down.

Night+, for the wind down

Our most advanced lens blocks 99.9% of blue and green light. Wear it for the last two hours before bed, so your evening light stops holding back melatonin.

Works with your biology, not against it

There is nothing to take and nothing to track. Light is the signal your body already uses to keep time, so changing the light that reaches your eyes changes the signal.

Questions

Questions, answered

Everything to know before you choose a frame.

What are circadian glasses?

Circadian glasses filter the wavelengths of light that tell your body clock it is daytime. Worn at the right time of day, they change the light reaching your eyes so your body can follow its natural rhythm. They are not a medical device and do not treat any condition.

Which lens should I choose?

Choose by when you will wear them. Daytime is for screens and indoor daylight hours. Night is for the evening, from sunset. Night+ is for the last two hours before bed. If sleep is your priority, start with Night+. If your days are screen-heavy too, add Daytime.

What is the difference between Daytime, Night and Night+?

Daytime is a yellow lens for screen-heavy days. Night is a lighter amber lens that filters up to 95% of blue light, worn from sunset. Night+ is our deepest red lens, with 99.9% of blue and green light blocked, worn for the last two hours before bed.

Do I need more than one pair?

Each lens is made for a different part of the day, so a second pair helps. Daytime and Night+ together make the Complete Your Circadian Set: Daytime while you work, Night+ for the wind down.

Which frame should I choose?

Every frame comes in all three lenses, so choose the shape you will want to put on every day. Horizon is our bestseller, and Orion is a round panto style in a unisex medium fit. The best pair is the one you actually wear.

Are the results independently verified?

Yes. APR Laboratory (NATA #15508) independently verified each lens's filter category and blue light figure. Night+'s green light figure is independently verified against APR's own spectral data. The full results are on our independent verification page.

What if they do not suit me?

Every pair comes with our 30-Day Right Fit Guarantee. Wear them at home, and if they are not right, return them within 30 days for a full refund, in good condition with the original case. Shipping is free across Australia, and we aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day.

About circadian glasses

How circadian glasses work

Your body keeps time by light. Cells in your eyes read the colour of the light around you and pass the signal to your body clock, which sets when melatonin is released and when you feel alert. Blue and green wavelengths carry the daytime signal. Circadian glasses filter those wavelengths at the right time of day, so your light matches the time your body expects.

It is a simple, non-pharmaceutical way to support your sleep, your hormones, your energy, your mood and your focus. There is nothing to take and nothing to track.
