Our amber lenses are purpose-built for use after sunset, when your body begins producing melatonin—the hormone responsible for sleep and circadian regulation. These lenses are best worn indoors under low-lux artificial light, typically under 200 lux—including warm household bulbs, bedside lamps, and ambient evening lighting.
Whether you're wrapping up the day, cooking dinner, or reading before bed, these lenses help your body transition into rest mode without the interference of blue light stimulation.
Wear them:
– In the evening under warm, dim lighting
– While watching TV, scrolling, or reading at night
– When dining or relaxing under artificial lighting
– After sunset when outdoors under streetlights or car lights
Not for use in sunlight.
For earlier in the day, use our Yellow Daylight lens. For full night-time protection, transition to our Red Night+ lens.
