Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order for a product that is currently out of stock or is a soon-to-be-available new release.
Placing a pre-order lets you secure the product before it is back in stock, so you don’t miss out once it becomes available again.

Payment for pre-orders

  • Full payment is taken at checkout for all pre-orders.

  • Your payment reserves the item for you and your order will be shipped once stock arrives and your pre-order is fulfilled.

Cancelling a pre-order

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled (i.e. before it has been packed and shipped).

  • If you cancel before fulfilment, we will process a refund to your original payment method in line with our Refunds/Returns Policy.

After your pre-order is fulfilled

  • Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is treated the same as a normal order.

  • If you wish to return or exchange a fulfilled pre-order, please contact us first to request return authorisation and we will walk you through the process.

  • All returns and exchanges for fulfilled pre-orders are handled under our standard Returns Policy.
