3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or decline it at our discretion. Once your payment is processed and confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact us promptly—though we cannot guarantee updates once the order is processed.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices shown include GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping and express options may be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch directly from our Melbourne location with tracking on all orders. Once your parcel is with our delivery partners, we are not liable for delays due to postal congestion or carrier issues. Rest assured, our support team is always here to assist with any tracking or delivery concerns.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day Right Fit Guarantee to ensure your experience is seamless.

If your eyewear doesn’t feel quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be in good condition, with minimal wear, and returned in their original packaging.

To begin a return or exchange, email info@balterra.au with your order number and request. Our team will guide you through the next steps and authorise your return.

For exchanges, let us know the style you'd like instead, and we'll assist with coordinating the process.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted. Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
