Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (such as product launches or promotions), dispatch times may extend slightly—we appreciate your patience.

All orders are packed and shipped from our location in Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Options

We currently offer delivery within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked)
     • Free on orders over $99 AUD
     • $9.95 AUD for orders under $99
     • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Tracked)
     • Flat rate: $14.95 AUD
     • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your parcel's progress at any time.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily partner with Sendle and Australia Post for reliable and trackable delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Delivery

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Balterra is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry. If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

International Shipping

At this time, we are focused on offering the best possible experience within Australia. However, international shipping will be available in the near future.
